Hi my name is Lorraine, I am embarrassed to be doing this but it is a last resort.

My brother Paul (Randy Rogers) who has always lived in UK is currently in phillapines critically ill with a terminal condition.

He had urgent admission to hospital with swallowing and breathing difficulties.

Paul has been in Hospital for 2 Months & diagnosed with a thyroid tumour that is inoperable.

He has a tracheostomy to maintain his airway and feeding tube to maintain his nutrition.

Paul is bed bound and unable to be discharged because he has unpaid medical bills.

A sum of over £8000 has already been paid £2698 is owing from his first Hospital but £3,500 is currently outstanding at his current Hospital and still rising, before they allow him out of hospital.

If he can be discharged he will then have medication and supplies to pay for.

British Embassy are unable to help.

He is too sick to fly back home to UK and medical repatriation is approx £150,000.

He needs his dignity to be cared for by his partner Elizabeth at their home. To be comfortable and pain free.
