Paul Sampson's Road to Recovery
Donation protected
On July 5th, our brother and dear friend Paul Sampson was involved in a road accident when he was struck by a vehicle while on his motorcycle, leaving him with multiple fractures in his wrist, arms, legs, pelvic, knees, and spine. Thankfully, there is no damage to his brain or cranium. Paul has undergone surgery to help with the repairs however that is the first step in his healing.
His road to recovery will be a lengthy one that involves hospital stays and physio for weeks, where he will then be moved to a rehab centre to continue his treatment. Paul’s physical strength will be challenged but with his resilience and determination, he will make it through the challenges that lie ahead of him.
Paul and his mom Sue-Anne have received an outpour of love, thoughts, and prayers from relatives and the community. If you know Paul, you know how much he adores and loves his mom. Sue-Anne has been in Paul’s care for quite some time however, given the extent of his injuries and the time he will need to recover, working is not an option.
In the spirit of always being there for each other, a Go Fund Me has been set up for the community, family, and loved ones to show their continued support to Paul and Sue-Anne. Any financial assistance will provide Paul and Sue-Anne with the reassurance that Sue-Anne will continue to be cared for, and that Paul will have access to the specialists, services, and treatments he needs to properly heal and recover from all of his injuries.
We thank you for all the love. Please continue to keep Paul and Sue-Anne in your thoughts and prayers.
