My name is Tina Prinzi, and I'm reaching out today for help supporting my husband, Paul. Many of you know Paul's incredible journey. For over 10 years, he battled Ulcerative Colitis, leaving him housebound for years. We finally found success with Entyvio, but just as hope returned, a new challenge emerged.

Four years ago, Paul developed intractable hiccups. No medication, seven surgeries, or a pacemaker could stop them, further confining him to home. Now, we face a new, even greater obstacle: a rare, aggressive nerve disease rapidly attacking Paul's muscles.

This unexpected illness has devastated our lives in just 6-8 months. We've been denied an infusion that might offer some relief, and disability assistance remains elusive. Selling our cherished home of 15 years seems like our only option, but navigating this process with Paul's condition is incredibly stressful. Finding a new home accessible for Paul, with no stairs, storage solutions, and a safe environment for our daughter adds another layer of complexity.

Throughout his life, Paul has always put others first. He built basements for friends, helped clients with repairs to sell their homes, even paid for an employee's tires so they could get to work. He opened his gym to a homeless employee and countless other acts of kindness define his character.

Planning for a health crisis never seemed necessary before. Paul's previous illnesses didn't take such a dramatic turn. Now, we face a future filled with uncertainty.
