It comes with great sadness that we must announce Paul Mannarino was taken from us late Friday night on November 24th ,2017 at the age of 55. He was not only a devoted father, husband, brother, and uncle, but one of the most amazing people on this earth and anyone who had the opportunity to meet him knew this.
We’ve started this campaign to help relieve some of the financial challenges left to his wife, Laura, and their children, Nicholas and Jessica.
Paul worked as a union employee for 35 years until the company dissolved . His family lost almost all benefits including health insurance coverage, life insurance, as well as any retirement benefits. This left Laura struggling to support the family of four on her own, with both children entering into college at the same time.
On top everything else, Paul was battling adult-onset diabetes. He was declared legally blind, underwent multiple difficult surgeries, and received two amputations. He also received kidney dialysis three times a week.
