Paul Levine Lost His Home & Needs Our Help After Fire

Hi, our names are Celeste Lear and Steve Abagon and we are longtime friends of Paul Levine since the 90's growing up here in Los Angeles.

For this of you who already donated - THANK YOU !!!!

For those of you just seeing this, please know that Paul has just tragically lost his beloved home in Altadena and all his belongings on January 8th due to the deadly "Eaton Fire" that ripped through his neighborhood during these horrible firestorms this week.

We are organizing this crowdfunding campaign in order to assist Paul with the needs that will not be covered by other sources of aid. Your help will allow him to address the many aspects of recovery and support him during this challenging time”

This is what Paul publicly let us know right after the destruction happened,

"Thank you to everyone who has reached out with concern and support. I am devastated to report that my dearly beloved home in Altadena is no longer. I was able to grab a small handful of precious items before I left, but I lost just about everything I could call mine. I’m deeply mourning the loss of so many things that no amount of money could ever replace, including sentimental heirlooms, a neighborhood that felt like home in a way no other had, and a deeply fulfilling lifestyle that I was able to live there. As the shock wears off and the reality sets in, I am anticipating a period of profound transformation; certainly not one that I would have asked for, but one that I nevertheless hope to make the best of."

This is just a tragedy what is happening in our beautiful city and to our community - BUT - we are resourceful and HOPEFUL!!!
