This is Paul Johnson. He is technically my Uncle-in-law, but he is like related family to me. Paul is one of the kindest humans you will ever meet. He and his wife, Gael, have adorable vishlas, live in Oregon, and when I joined their family through my wife, Ariel, they immediately made me feel welcome and loved. We spend every Christmas at their place, petting their dogs, opening the few presents we can all afford, and eating the excellent breakfast Paul always cooks for us.

Paul has to have a bypass surgery on his heart. Luckily, they caught it before he had a heart attack, but it is going to cost right around $60,000 because he is currently uninsured. He is months away from turning 65 and getting Medicare, but you can't wait months for a bypass. Paul is also the sole worker for right now, and he will need to recover for at least 2 months after the surgery. Anything you can donate will help with the bills and the recovery time.
