Paul J Aguiar

As close friends of the family we wanted to set this up in behalf of Michelle Aguiar. 

It is with great sadness we share that Paul Aguiar — beloved father, loving husband, son, brother, and dear friend — passed away on October 28, 2023.

Paul lived in Riverside, RI for 38 years and was a shell fisherman for 53 years. He was a member of the Rhode Island Shellfisherman’s Association. One of his famous lines was “Hey pal this is Rhode Island we call them quahogs”. He had a great love for Narragansett Bay and working on the water.

Throughout his life Paul volunteered in a Bible education work and in disaster relief efforts around the United States. He enjoyed shell fishing, traveling with his wife, spending time with his family and friends, and cooking.

Paul’s beloved wife Mickie of 48 years needs our support. This fund has been set up to help ease the financial impact of everyday living expenses. This is in addition to any new expenses and unexpected ones.
