My name is Eugene, I have known Paul for the last six years and have learned he has a wonderful soul. Last September Paul was diagnosed with Vascular Dementia and now kidney failure. During this time of course, cannot work or drive. He is at a point where there is urgent need for funding to help pay medical bills and stay in his home. If we don't help soon he could possibly have no place to live. All he is asking is for some sort of donation.
