Just before Christmas 2016, our friend, brother and co-worker experienced a life-threatening medical emergency that affected his heart, kidneys, and resulted in the loss of his left leg.  In addition to recovering from nine surgeries, Paul is left with the challenges of ongoing dialysis and learning to walk again.   Since the emergency in December, his family has been doing all they can to ensure Paul pulls through and receives the best care possible; physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

This GoFundMe page has been setup to assist Paul as he faces this long and difficult recovery.   Your generous contributions will help cover the out-of-pocket expenses that he'll be responsible for above and beyond what insurance will pay, and provide peace of mind for Paul’s family knowing that he is being supported by his extended family at Corning, friends, and complete strangers. 

The good news is that Paul is on the mend and has started light rehab, but he has a long road to travel. These funds will be used to serve Paul and those immediately caring for him.   Thank you for helping Paul through the biggest challenge of his life.
