Paul Coyne medical bills

My brother Paul was rushed into hospital in September 2017 with chest pains and shortness of breath. Tests showed he had blood clots in both lungs. Had he waited any longer to go into hospital, it could've been fatal. I dread to think.
During this time his beautiful wife Sarah had to undergo two unpleasant and painful surgeries to correct a problem caused during the birth of their 5th child.
Medical bills were already mounting.
Paul has since struggled with pain and loss of strength in his hands and arms, as a result of the clots and narrowing of arteries so has had to have treatment with neurologists and physical therapists who are struggling to find answers.
On Saturday whilst trying to make improvements to his home, his right hand was sucked into a table saw. The tops of his 3rd and 4th fingers were amputated, the tendon was severed on his 2nd finger and most of the flesh on his thumb has gone.
He will now have to undergo extensive surgery to try to repair the damage and will have months of physical therapy.
If that wasn't enough, my mum has stage 4 lung cancer. We live in England and Paul has been trying to deal with all of this remotely.
Many people have asked how they can help. The Coynes are still receiving many medial bills from the prior medical issues and will now have substantial medical expenses over the next few months. Their savings are already spent, going toward paying off the medical bills and buying plane tickets for Paul to see his mother. I'm hoping that raising some money to pay off some of the medical bills will help ease some of the tremendous pain that Paul is encountering right now.
There comes a point in life when you say enough is enough. It seems our family has been dealt one bad card after another over the past 2 years and yet we now have another life changing tragedy to deal with. Any help would be appreciated.
