My Uncle Paul was diagnosed with mantle cell lymphoma in 2021. MCL is a very aggressive, incurable cancer, though they have many new developing treatments. He underwent CAR T-Cell therapy in July of 2023 that only lasted six months, and he is now facing a stem cell transplant. He will be required to live in Houston again for 4 to 6 months to continue fighting his battle with MCL.
