Paul Bergmann's "Nothing At All" LP

I’m Paul Bergmann.
I'm a musician and artist originally based in Los Angeles. I've made this GoFundMe because I need your financial help with a project.
I’ve already recorded a new LP entitled “Nothing At All”. It’s my most realized collection of songs to date. It’s the birth of Gothic Lounge meets Malibucore. My live band plays on every track, and the inimitable Brendan Eder is producing. If you’ve heard his ensemble, you already know that he is a force of ingenuity. If you haven’t, go listen. There is no doubt that this record will be a knockout.
All recording and mixing costs are accounted for. What I need your help with is the rest. Here is the breakdown:
$1000 – Mastering.
This is essential for an album as eclectic and wide-ranging as this. Mastering typically costs about $100 per song. The album has 10 songs.
$1000 – PR Campaign.
This has been proven to me time and again to be vital in making the most of a release. Often times, it can determine whether an email gets opened or deleted; whether the music is heard or unheard. But there is much more to it than that. And my publicist has over 12 years’ experience and we've worked together on 3 different releases in which she’s secured premieres for me at publications like Pitchfork , Paste , and American Songwriter .
And while it may seem superfluous, it’s absolutely necessary for me because I’ve made music into my career. I'm pot-committed to the pursuit (and I wouldn't have it any other way.) This album is the culmination of years of writing, playing, and recording music, and it would be fruitless to not invest in it wholeheartedly.
$1000 Travel / Misc.
I’m flying to L.A at the time of release (May 5) to promote the album and play a record release show. The album was recorded in L.A. and my fan-base is centered there so it’s crucial that I am present to promote it. Miscellaneous costs include merchandise production and the production of a music video.
