Help Paul and Sara rebuild their lives after the fire
Donation protected
Hello,
As many of you have seen on the news, wildfires are raging in California, and unfortunately, this has directly impacted my family. My name is Shannon, and my little brother, Paul, and I grew up in Philadelphia. After graduating from Temple University with a degree in Film and Media Arts, Paul moved to Los Angeles to pursue his career. Through hard work and determination, he eventually landed a job as an editor. Along the way, he met Sara, his girlfriend of six years.
Sara is a California native and they built a life together in their shared rental home in Altadena. However, due to the fires, Sara has lost many of her childhood possessions and their home has been destroyed. While the media shows the mansions of Hollywood A-listers in flames, Paul and Sara are just regular people, living paycheck to paycheck, and they’ve now lost everything.
Finding a permanent housing solution has been incredibly difficult, and they are unable to store physical goods or parcels right now. With that in mind, any financial help you can provide would be the most useful at this time. The funds raised will help secure housing for Paul, Sara, and their three rescued cats, as well as cover the immediate costs of rebuilding their lives after losing everything in the fire, including Paul’s vehicle.
No donation is too small, and every little bit helps. If you can contribute in any way, you will hold a special place in our hearts. Your kindness means the world to us, and we are deeply grateful.
Thank you so much for your support.
With gratitude,
Shannon, Paul, and Sara
