Paul and Mary Geary
Donation protected
As some of you may know, both Paul and Mary Geary were recently diagnosed with melanoma. For Mary, this is her second time fighting this disease, having been diagnosed almost 35 years earlier. In fact, Mary was also diagnosed with Colorectal Cancer in August of 2000.
As they have often done in life, Paul and Mary have made the best of this recent situation and have shown tremendous strength and courage. Mary started treatment with a drug called “Opdivo”, which is a form of immunotherapy, and is optimistic as always. Unfortunately, medical bills continue to add up for the couple. While Paul and Mary have not pressed for financial help, I think this is the perfect opportunity for the community to rally and support a couple that have devoted so much of their time and energy to others. The Millis Girls Basketball Program every year raises money for the American Cancer Society during its "Pink Week". This year we would like to instead encourage the community to rally behind Paul and Mary Geary. Thank you for any contribution that you can make at this time!
