Paul Ajode’s fund raising to send body to Kenya

We are saddened to announce the sudden death of Mr. Paul Ajode of Lansing Michigan on March, 20th 2019 after a short illness.
Paul, who hails from Kano Kochogo, Kisumu District, Kenya, immigrated to the US nine years ago and has lived in Lansing, Michigan, the entire period.
Paul faced health challenges most of the time he lived in the US. Within the last couple of years or so, his condition deteriorated to an extent that he was not able to function in his personal life. The health challenges were compounded by a short illness that led to his untimely death.
Paul does not have family or close relatives here in the US. He is survived by his mother and five children who live in Kenya. The children are now complete orphans since their mother (Paul’s wife) passed away while Paul was here in US.
Please let us all respond generously to Paul’s family’s wishes and humble request that his remains be shipped to Kenya for burial.
The cost of shipping the body to Kenya is about $9000.
We are therefore appealing for financial assistance from friends and well wishers to help cover the expenses of sending Paul’s body back to Kenya.
