On August 1st, Patty Reynolds’ life was turned upside down when a drunk driver cut her off while she was riding her motorcycle. The crash left her with a broken right arm and a lacerated spleen.

Tragically, just days later on August 7th, her spleen ruptured unexpectedly, sending her into emergency surgery. She lost a dangerous amount of blood and required seven units of plasma to survive.

Her motorcycle is totaled, and she faces a long road to recovery—unable to work while healing from both the accident and the surgery. Patty’s husband is disabled and living with a seizure condition, making this an even more difficult time for them both.
