In June 2019 Patty was diagnosed with a reoccurrence of her previous cancer (squamous cell carcinoma that metastasized  to her lymph nodes). Now the cancer has settled into a tennis ball sized tumor in her throat and multiple nodules in her lungs. Chemo is starting Tuesday 8/29/19 with the goal of shrinking the tumor in her throat for exploration of surgical removal. Patty is an strong amazing woman. She has been my rock, my friend and a wonderful mother. We are gearing up for the fight of our life and any support will be greatly appreciated.
