It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of our beloved mother Patty Samuelson. Patty lost her life in a battle against the cruel and devastating coronavirus. Our family is shaken and devastated by her unexpected passing.
Patty was truly the heart and soul of our family. She was the wife of Mike, a mother to April and Kristy, a grandmother, and a sister. Above all else, Patty loved spending time with her family. Her husband, daughters, and her grandchildren were the world to her, and she would do anything to make sure they felt loved and protected.
Patty had a way of being so supportive that you felt like you could never fail no matter what obstacles you were facing. She would always find a way to make you laugh at problems in moments of defeat. With her charismatic energy and brave spirit, she would encourage you to continue to fight for our dreams.
As her niece, I always noticed when I walked in a room after not seeing her for some time she would always make it a point to give me her full attention and ask me how I have been. She had a way of making me feel like whatever I was doing was important. Patty always had a way of making me laugh no matter the situation.
Patty was always someone you could rely on whether you were a family member, friend or neighbor. If a family member was suffering from a financial strain, Patty would find a way to help financially, even when she did not have it herself.
She also made it a point to make herself available to help her family, friends, and neighbors by babysitting at the drop of a hat. Patty was always there for others and I know there have been times where she came through for you in your time of need. Now we are asking that you help us in ours.
We are asking for funding in the amount of $10,000 to cover the funeral and burial expenses for her sudden loss.
