After a long battle with multiple illnesses, Patty Anzalone passed away surrounded by family on Thursday 10/16. Patty was a staple of the Wantagh Community who was heavily involved as a former Forest Lake PTA President and long-time catechist at St. Francis. She is survived by her husband Nick, son Anthony (a senior at LIU Post) and daughter Theresa (a junior at Wantagh High School).
