Patti's Battle: Help Patti Phelan fight her Stage 3C cancer

Aloha, my name is Patti Phelan. Earlier I had notified my family and friends that I have ovarian cancer, only to find out later that it has become a very aggressive Stage 3C cancer that has spread into my stomach. The cancer hasn't spread to my lungs yet; however, . My diagnosis is terminal.

I think the word 'terminal' can mean a lot of things; but I know what I was thinking when I heard these words from my doctor. So, I am going to have 18 weeks of chemo to shrink the tumor, and then undergo surgery.

Ever since I moved to this beautiful island of Maui, I have worked for everything I have. I have worked so hard all my life, until the inevitable happens; I want to enjoy my life!

I need to figure out how to survive this. My family are a wonderful support but i need more help.All funds will go towards medical expenses, co-payments, chemotherapy, transportation, and to supplement basic living expenses such as food, rent.
