Patti LaBorde and Finn’s Medical Bills

As some of you may know, my Mother, Patti and her dog, Finn were attacked by a dog on the morning of 2/20 while out on a walk. During the attack my mom suffered several bites to both her hands and Finn suffered a significant bite to his back leg, leading to necrosis of the tissues surrounding the bite, which has required two surgeries to get him on the road to recovery.

The emergency room bills for my Mom, and the emergency vet bills plus Finn needing two surgeries as well as daily bandage changes that had to be performed by a veterinarian quickly escalated to over $10,000. Despite all our efforts we have not been able to find the owner of the dog responsible, leaving the full load of the bills on my parents. They are not the type of people to ever ask for help, but as their son I feel a duty to help ease the load they are feeling at this time. Any amount of generosity will be greatly appreciated.
