Pat's Journey to Healing After Fire

Around 9pm last night Epsom Firefighters responded to reports of a structure fire. Inside that building happened to be Pat Balestraci. Pat while trying to get out got trapped in the boiler room and suffered smoke inhalation injuries before being rescued. Pat was treated at Concord hospital and ultimately Mass General. Pat faces a tough road to recovery ahead of him, along with the new faced burden of being displaced from his home with no belongings due to the fire. Pat’s sister is one of Melrose Fire’s firefighters and in this job we help anyone like we would our own family. Any bit helps to make this recovery more comfortable for Pat and those affected.
