Pray for Patriot the Pup

Our little guy,Patriot the Pup was rushed to the emergency room early Tuesday morning because he was having difficulty breathing.  

We are saddened today because we learned that he has a very serious heart condition.  He has dilated cardiomyopathy due to congestive heart failure.  The long term prognosis for this disease is very poor but we are doing all we can for Patriot. 

Patriots 1st Birthday is on February 4th.  It is very uncommon for a puppy to get this disease so needless to say we are shocked.  

Patriot is not suffering but this disease will take his life. We want him to enjoy the days that he has left with all of us.  The veteranarian bills and prescriptions are very expensive so we are asking everyone for help during this difficult time.  

Any of our family and friends who have had the pleasure of meeting Patriot, understand the heaviness that weighs on our hearts. He gives so much love to everyone he meets and he has been nothing but a beam of sunshine in our lives; a prime source of happiness for us both. We are so blessed he came into our life and we will love him forever. The sweetest, most loving pup we have ever known and loved.
