Patrick Sullivan grew up in Bristol, Vermont and is now living in Boise, Idaho with his wife Kori, and three beautiful children, ages 5, 7 and 9. Patrick has FSGS, a kidney disease that attacks both kidneys. He is now in critical need of a kidney transplant. We are raising money that will go towards travel to the Mayo Clinic in MN, lost income when Pat's out of work, and medical expenses not covered by insurance. Pat is hopeful that he will receive a kidney from a living donor before he needs dialysis. Patrick and his family from Idaho to Vermont are so thankful for the prayers, love and support we've received. Thank you for all the different ways you have reached out to our family.
