My brother Patrick Tew lost his battle with addiction on April 14 2017. 
Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-8 PM in the Lesko & Polke Funeral Home 1209 Post Road, in Fairfield Center with a prayer service at 7 PM.
Patrick loved Ellen and Savannah with all his heart. 
My family is asking in lieu of flowers to make a donation towards any education expense for Savannah
