Hi, I am Matt Averitt. Patrick and I have been best friends for 34 years.

Patrick passed away on Saturday, November 4th at his home in Boyd surrounded by his family and friends. This has been extremely hard for his wife, Casey and kids, Madi, Mylee, Brooklyn and Brody, along with his Mother and siblings. All donations will help ease the burden of the cremation and memorial costs and any other expenses that have occurred during this time to help get his affairs in order. Patrick was not working due to his illness and he did not have any health insurance or life insurance.
