Patrick Robert Lobor was only twenty-two years old when his life was unexpectedly cut short by a tragic accident.
Patrick was not only an impeccable basketball player but, a leader in his own right. His compassion and honesty touched every individual that he has come across and now has transcended after him.
Growing up in Portland, Patrick was involved in the community at a young age. From his formative years at the neighborhood Boys&Girls club to the KP basketball courts to the big stage at the civic center representing Deering High School.
He was known to many as shy and quiet, but too the individuals that were blessed enough to be in his presence, we were met with a lively personality and a sense humor that was unmatched. The Patrick we all know and love has instilled principles in each every one of us to be the best that we can. These are the exact principles that he has passed on to his two younger brothers.
In 2014 the Lobor family suffered a tragic loss of their eldest son Richard Lobor in a homicide. After this loss to the family, Patrick assumed the role of the eldest brother. Looking out for each of his siblings and making sure they were better than how he left them. this showed his constant selflessness and courage.
