Patrick Kruichak is a northern California Lead Instructor who has been part of the Hayward, California. Community for many years.
Though he has beaten cancer twice already, we are very sad to inform you that Patrick recently learned that he has stage 4 cancer, which has spread to his pancreas.
In light of this, we are raising money to support our longtime friend and employee during this difficult time. We created this account in an effort to aid and alleviate the heavy financial burden of this medical condition.
His wife, step son and grandson are in a very emotionally fragile state and we want to do whatever we can to support him and his family.
Any amount that is donated would be greatly appreciated by Patrick and his family.
