How to Help Pat Sablan's Family in Their Time of Need

The unexpected and devastating loss of Patrick Sablan saddens us greatly. Our hearts go out to his wife, Andrea, and their children, Deshaun and Emery. The sudden and tragic loss of Pat has left his family and friends in shock. Pat was a beloved member of his church and community, known for his hugs, smiles, and goofy jokes. Knowing Pat meant knowing his love and being impacted positively in some manner, if not in an infinite number of ways. This has been an especially hard hit to his sweet, loving family and a terrible financial burden. Andrea has been working hard running a small home-based cookie business with Pat. The business is extra hard to run without Pat’s help, and even more so in a stage of such grief. Deshaun is busy working hard in college, and Emery is in elementary school. We don’t want Deshaun to have to move his focus away from school to have to support his family when there’s a way we can help! Andrea and Pat have always given so much of themselves to helping and doing for others, and this is Andrea’s time to reap those rewards by us giving back to her. We want to do all we can to help. That is why we are starting a fundraiser to support Pat's family in this unimaginably difficult time. We are all mourning his loss, and now we can come together to help his family in their time of need. Please consider the cost associated with the preparations, the funeral, and the cost of living during this time when they can’t work, counseling expenses for the kids – if needed, and so much more we can’t even begin to think of. This fundraiser has been set up to help relieve a lot of the financial burden left behind for the family and to help them as they find their footing again.
