Hi, my name is Ed, and we are raising funds for our son Patrick to continue vital stem cell treatment that is helping him become more independent, alongside intensive physiotherapy as part of his daily routine.

Two years ago, Patrick began his stem cell and holistic treatment journey. With the incredible support of family, friends, and our wider community, we’ve come a long way and learned so much along the way.

Patrick has made real progress in his mood, mobility, and feeding. These may seem like small steps, but for Patrick, a true CP warrior, they are huge. They show his determination and potential, and they wouldn’t be possible without the support we’ve received from everyone who has donated and helped care for him.

We now have an amazing team around Patrick, including physiotherapists, a movement coach, a speech therapist, and conductive education at nursery. At home, his daily routine includes HBOT oxygen therapy, red light therapy, vibration plate sessions, and time in his standing frame. All of this together is giving Patrick the best possible chance to thrive.

So far, Patrick has had two stem cell treatments, and this July we are planning to travel to America for his third. We’ve seen first-hand the difference this treatment makes, which is why we are doing everything we can as parents to keep this routine going.

Over the past year, I’ve been working day and night to help cover the costs, while Mum is Patrick’s full-time carer, with amazing support from Nan, Grandad, and our family. Despite everything, the costs continue to add up.
