Patrick Cooper Davis Memorial Tree Fund

Patrick Davis was one of the most bright and cheerful  people anyone could have ever met. He had a certain way that he carried himself that showed he was care and worry free. You will not find a single person that had met Patrick that did not love him dearly, and that is why his passing has fueled us to do something to honor him that will be seen on the campus of Mississippi State University by many people and last long after we have graduated. 

We are joining together and raising money for a memorial magnolia tree to be planted on campus and a plaque with Patrick's name below the tree. We want to see Patrick's memorial every time we all visit each other in Starkville for game-days and know that he's with us there in spirit. We also want to show his family how truly important and influential Patrick was to everyone that knew him. 

We will be going through the MSU Foundation to purchase the memorial. The cost is $5,750, and this will cover the planting and maintenance of the plaque and tree for it's lifetime. We will attach a link to the MSU Foundation website below. 

Any of the funds exceeding our $5,750 goal  will be given William Carey University to support their supplying of medical and nursing students to the BDMI program as requested by Davis family in the obituary.
