It is with a very heavy heart that we have lost our loved one, Patrick A. K. Moniz, Jr. An endearing & devoted husband, loving & very caring father, remarkable brother, outstanding cousin, phenomenal coach and friend. Patrick had lost his battle with the Covid virus which came suddenly and unexpectedly.
Patrick, a Radford Highschool Class of 1991 graduate. Married his high school sweetheart Tonia "Hana" Wailehua Moniz with 30 years of LOVE. Both raised 8 beautiful children together, 3 sons and 5 daughters. A home grown Native Hawaiian whom lived in Las Vegas for the last 26 years. Coached many kids in the Henderson, Silverado and southern Las Vegas area with football and basketball. A devout Christian who believed in the Christian faith and just a monumental & colossal human being.
Patrick or Ku'ulani leaves behind:
- his wife Tonia "Hana";
- son's Savon "Bully" (daughter-in-law Kate), Nickolas "Nicko", Mana boy
- daughter's Meli, Tehani, Kaui, Anela and Hiwa
- granddaughter's Karra and Isla Anuhea
We are not a family that asks for assistance but at this time we would kindly accept any donation for the ohana. Please consider donating something to assist the family in this time of tragedy and please keep them in your prayers. These funds will assist with the financial burden that they now face as Patrick was the primary provider for the family.
Hana Moniz will be the beneficiary of this and receiving all donated funds.
