Hello friends and family,
Sadly, yesterday afternoon we lost an amazing soul. Patricia was an incredible woman, an amazing mother to Sean and a wonderful wife to Yehuda. Patricia was loved by everyone that met her and the least WE as a community can do is help this family gather some funds for the funeral.We have been able to gather $6,285 for what was supposed to be her surgery costs and unfortunately we are putting that money towards her funeral. I wanted to thank everyone for all the donations. It means so much. Patricia's wishes were to be buried back in Israel and any money donated would be going towards her safe return to be alongside her family in her homeland of Israel. Yet again, Many thanks to everyone's generosity and love. Everything you all have done is much appreciated.

I was on facebook the other day and saw that an old friend named Patricia Rothfleisch Sigal had a birthday. She just celebrated 53 years old. I found myself calling and texting her to wish her well. When she did not get back to me I contacted another friend to see what was wrong. I found that my long time friend Patricia is in the hospital fighting cancer. Life is so precious , I thought to myself. I immedietly felt goose bumps crawling all over my body while tears covered my face. Patricia is really an incredible woman. I quickly gathered some friends and went to the hospital to see her. She was so happy she couldnt stop crying. Her, Her husband and son dont have any other relatives here. They are a very simple family. Her husband quit his job to stand by her side night and day while their teenage son tries to go about his day knowing that his mom doesnt have much longer.
They are not the family to ask for help. They played it off like everything was okay but I was able to speak to her doctor at Van Nuys hospital who mentioned that she was in the worst stage of cancer and that the only treatment he had heard of was a doctor in mexico that was known for working magic on cancer patients. She really does not have long. The doctors said less than a few months.
I am asking you all here from the bottom of my heart to help this family. They are too shy to ask which is why I took it upon myself to help.Now that husband is not working their money is wearing thin. They do not have the funds to keep her in the hospital or pay for treatment. This amazing Mom, Wife, Sister and Daughter has done so much to help everyone around her whenever she could. I believe that with everyones help we can get them back on their feet and living a life she deserves. With her husband and child. 53 is too young. I pray for her and her family, for a speedy recovery. Please open your hearts and pockets to help this family. Everything counts.
She and her family will be overwhelmed with joy to know that people are behind them. Helping. Strangers and friends.
