A wonderful soul, a mother, grandmother, daughter and wife is leaving us all at any moment. I am her daughter and she is my angel who has always been there for me with all she could. My mother was first diagnosed with stage 4 cancer 4 months ago and she is now giving her last breath and will probably be leaving us tonight. She first showed signs of pain and then after many testing’s, a tumor in her colon was found. The tumor was so massive it blocked her colon completely. They said it was so big it blocked her intestines. She had emergency surgery to remove the tumor. Just a few weeks later, with further testing, she was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer. Now it has spread all over her body. She was so weak that the Doctor said she could not even begin chemotherapy. My mother got sent directly to hospice care. She has been suffering more than I can describe for these last few months since they removed the tumor in October. She did not even have a fighting chance.
This all came so sudden that none of us were ready or prepared for something like this. She is so young and still had so much more to go. I am very much in pain that she will not see her grandson grow into a man. I have a wonderful stepfather whom is staying by her side to the end. There are so many things in my mind of how things will be without her and how everyone will continue on with their own lives. She was the one that brought us all together.
I am so distraught with all the thoughts of worry in my mind and I ask myself the question, what will I do next!? I know what comes next and the thought of having difficulty to bury her are thoughts that I cannot describe. I do this for her and ask for the help of anyone to be able to help pay for her ceremony and burial to the afterlife. I know I will not be able to repay anyone back but I do wish God to bless you with so much more. She is truly something special.
