My name is Lester Roberson. My mother was the victim of a senseless crime while trying to help others as she has done her entire life. She was the precise example of a Christian who lived by the word of God.
She was the most giving person that i ever known, my mother lead by example as she always thought of others before her self. My mother Patricia Roberson was the strongest and bravest women, made more out of less that i ever known. Everyone that knew her and she made contact with knew my mother would agree.
We are asking for assistance due to this financial hardship to be able to organize burial, memorial services for my mother. I am the eldest of her two children. My sister and I will be in charge of final expenses.
My mother was born in Arkansas, she raised my sister and I in California and moved to Casa Grande Arizona
for the past 15 years. She was the best mother, mother in law, sister, daughter, grandmother and friend.
Please do not stop helping people, just make sure to be cautious of who you are helping.
Again thank you for thoughts, prayers, donations, and sharing this with others.
Above is the news report and below is the news article of what happened to my mother.

Casa Grande police have arrested a suspect in the deadly stabbing of a 65-year-old woman.
According to Thomas Anderson, spokesman for the Casa Grande Police Department, officers responded to reports of a suspicious vehicle parked in an alley behind businesses near Center Avenue and Cottonwood Lane Thursday morning.
Police reviewed surveillance video from a nearby business and saw a man park the vehicle, throw the keys over a wall, and run away.
Police then went to the home of the registered owner of the vehicle, Patricia Roberson, and found her dead on the floor with multiple stab wounds to her body.
"It's just devastating, devastating to know what happened to her, how she died and trying to help someone out and this is how she died. It's heartbreaking," said Leticia Da Silva, who has lived next door to Roberson for several years. "She had a heart of gold, was always looking out for everyone in the neighborhood, kept an eye on things."
Neighbors said Roberson was the "mother" of the neighborhood. She helped take in her neighbors trash bins, brought them Gatorade if they were working outside, pulled their weeds while they were at work, and she even tutored their children.
"One day she actually went out and bought pizza and cookies for all the kids and had a little party out in front of the house," said Gary King, who lived across the street from her. "It's hard because she was one of the kindest people there ever was. She was the neighborhood lady that took care of everybody."
Detectives found evidence that the same man who had abandoned her vehicle was seen with her the previous day at Home Depot.
Officers were able to identify him as 22-year-old Angel Noland Jr. and found him walking on Florence Boulevard.
He tried to run from officers but was arrested inside a nearby Starbucks. Police say he is homeless but a local to Casa Grande.
Noland was charged with second-degree murder and vehicle theft.
