Patricia Reed Funeral

Patricia Irene Reed
June 6th 1964- March 19th 2021
Friday, March 19th 2021 our dear sister Patricia Reed died and went to meet her Savior. This sweet woman left us far too early, at only 56yrs old. I am her brother in law and the only 'relative' here in the state of California that is present to manage the final details of her body that was recovered from a homeless encampment in the city of Southgate Ca.
21 years I have known this beautiful, vibrant woman of God.
Although Patricia was affluent in character and love for others, many, including myself were not aware of her indigent circumstances. My heart was simply broken to learn that she was found to be homeless, but did not reach out, or even share her situation, with myself or others who would have gladly taken her in.
Rather than perseverate upon the pain of learning the hardships she chose to keep between herself and God, it seemed more befitting to provide an opportunity for loved ones to celebrate Patricia's life, ministry, and music.
Funds requested in the next 10-12 days(as per Coroner) are for legal filing fees, necessary to gain legal custody of her body in LA Superior Court, costs of a crematory processing of her remains, and a memorial service at Angel City,( a place she loved and served at many years).
I've requested Patricia's longtime friend, Robin Schneiderhan, who has agreed to serve along side me as an accountability partner and steward of these funds.
Thank you.
