After a long battle with cancer, several injuries, and other health setbacks, the Beckman family is in need of your help. Years of battling an aggressive cancer with treatments, chemo, and surgery, have left Trish and Robert with a large medical debt.
Trish and Robert have been happily married for 34 years. The last few have been a struggle due to cancer and personal injury.
Trish has built a life full of friends from around the world, and adventure has always been in her blood.
Trish and Robert met in Tacoma, while Robert was stationed at Machord Air Force base. Trish once described it as, "I found the one, I knew it, and I was in love." Several months later the two were married.
Already a family with Trish's oldest son (from a previous relation), soon came Brock to make the Beckman's family complete. After service in the Air Force Robert wanted to move home, Butte, Montana.
As with any great marriage, there were highs and lows, but through it all the love between these two, the relationship grew stronger. Now grandparents of 2 wonderful boys, The Beckman's are an amazing family.
On the 50th birthday of Trish, an accident put her in the hospital. Although the accident was damaging enough to break her chest plate, it was a blessing in disguise. A full body x-ray showed that Trish had cancer. The blessing is that when it was caught, breakthroughs in science were developing and that gave Trish many more years.
Those years have been a blessing to friends and family. Trish has gained many more friends and has given back to her communities so much love and compassion.
The time has passed and the cancer has taken a toll. Trish was placed into hospice care last November.
Rob has lost work due to staying home with her to be by her side. The time off and the medical bills are staggering.
