Hi everyone I am Stevie, Patric’s daughter. First off thank you so much to everyone for your condolences during this tough time and for taking time to read this. My dad lost his 6 year long fight to cancer yesterday. He may have lost, but he fought harder than anyone could imagine. He was not only the best father my stepbrother and I could ever ask for, but he was also the best son, brother, and best friend. He loved his family and friends with his whole heart. He was the funniest and kindest man you would ever meet, he never failed to put a smile on your face. He had the kindest heart, he would always remind me that negativity does not get you anywhere and to always show others the same grace you’d hope they would show you. We have so many amazing memories including his last outing which was with our whole family to green field village in July. That was one of his favorite places because if you knew my dad you knew about his fascination with history. He was being pushed in a wheelchair (which is absolutely hated), he was in pain and it was 90 degrees that day, however I can’t recall even one complaint leaving his mouth. Just gratitude and appreciation. He took my brother in as his own when he was 4 years old and has been an inspiration to him ever since. Although he had more friends than I can even fathom, he would always say his sister Chris was his #1. Their relationship was one to envy. We all love you so much dad. If you feel it in your heart to donate anything at all for my dad’s funeral prayer service and his medical expenses that would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you so much.
