Pat Kuykendall Gig Harbor Memorial

Many of our Mom's family and friends have asked how they can help support the family and honor her memory. The short answer is: anything that makes sense to you.  Our Mom would be delighted and honored that you are thinking of her, as are we.

If you would like, you can consider contributing to the Pat Kuykendall Gig Harbor Beautification Fund that we are creating in her memory.  At the close of the campaign, we will select one of the places she loved best in her home town of Gig Harbor to create a memorial.  Since this is so fresh for us all, we don't yet know what form this memorial will take.  Maybe it will be a bench in a park she loved, or a ornamental tree, or field of tuplips that will return each year in the spring, her favorite season.   We'll know more and share our ideas in the coming weeks.

We know you miss her as much as we do.  It's hard even to write this note.  But we think this is something she would really appreciate, and we want to create something that will outlive us all and represent the beautiful landscape she so loved.
