Hi, my name is Barb and I started this GoFundMe for my sister, Peggy Shinn and her husband. On Christmas Eve she suffered a cerebral aneurysm followed by multiple strokes. She underwent brain surgery, followed by a lengthy hospital stay. Her recovery period is projected to be months.
