We are the 2026 Pathways Scholars Cohort! As future physicians who are committed to fairness, service, and supporting one another through medical training, we are creating a Professional Clothing & Scrubs Fund to help future medical students offset the cost of essential professional attire, including scrubs, business-casual clothing, and interview wear.

Professional clothing is an often overlooked but very real barrier in medical education. This attire is required early and frequently, and these costs can add up quickly, particularly for students who are navigating financial strain. When students don’t have access to resources they need, it can negatively impact confidence, professionalism, and opportunities granted throughout medical education.

Our cohorts goal is to mitigate that obstacle, so students may focus on what truly matters: learning, caring for patients, and becoming excellent physicians.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will allow us to move towards a more equitable medical training environment.
