Her beloved poodle, Faith, recently tore her cruciate ligament (ACL/CCL), and the road to recovery is going to be long and expensive. She’ll need multiple surgeries, and while Shannon has insurance, it looks like they’ll only cover around 80% of the costs. That still leaves her with about $3,500 to cover out of pocket—an amount that we know could be a real burden.
