Pat Vitetta passed away on June 8th. In accordance with the family's wishes donations in lieu of flowers can be made to this fund. The money will help those in need in the communinty to pay for their medications.
Pat's primary care physician, Dr. Russell Zivkovich, will be overseeing the distribution of the monies to those unable to pay for prescriptions, medical supplies, and proceedures.
In such cases, checks will be issued payable to the pharmacy, physisian, or other institution preoviding the services.
