In memory of Pat Martin (from Ritz Bar), Cambuslang

I am Pat’s sister (Siobhan) and I have received a couple of queries regarding flowers/wreaths for Pat’s funeral on Fri 6th Dec 2024.

After speaking to Dervla (his wife) we thought it would be better to raise funds

in aid of Cancer Research in Pat’s memory, so anyone wishing to donate please do so here.

We have now reached and well broken the target of £350 for cancer research - we are standing at over £800. I would just like to say a massive THANK YOU to everyone who has donated in memory of Pat. It means a lot ♥️

Really you have all been so generous, especially in this cost of living crisis and so close to Christmas. I thought we could maybe get people donating £5 here and there but what you have done in Pat’s memory is fantastic. Thanks again S

Sunday 8th December 2024 -

Well, what a send off Pat got.

It was amazing. Thanks to everyone who came to any of the services at St Bride’s or Daldowie, the Burnside, the Ritz or paid tribute as the hearse passed by. Wasn’t the piper brilliant !

I am going to leave this go fund me page open a bit longer as some people gave me cash and I have paid in - unfortunately it would not allow me to put their names (I had to use my personal details so I have put in as anonymous but thanks to Marie and Marion, Matt and folk from the Sefton - Nicola, Sandra, Gary McG., John Tait, Joey and Shakey & Liz).
