There's a cancer alien growing inside mom's liver. We HATE the cancer alien and want to obliterate it. To vanquish the evil alien, the Doctor alien fighters are going force feed him some intense chemotherapy. And after that they may even go after him in some hand-to-hand alien surgical combat.
Alien battles are taking place in the chemo chairs at St. Lukes on the Plaza in Kansas City, MO. The Alien battle ground is not conveniently located to Lawrence, KS where my parents have laid their heads for nightly slumber for years now.
It is time for us to find a new slumber spot, closer to the Alien battle fields, so mighty warrior parents have less to worry about. Please help us fund the alien battles.

I'm Pat Knepp's, daughter, and setting up this fundraiser to help offset medical & housing expenses for my parents over the next few months. My parents need to relocate from Lawrence to Kansas City ASAP. We hope to raise at least $700/month for the next 6 months to assist with the increased cost of living in the KC Metro area.
Medical bills will start showing up any day now. Any money that doesn't get applied to housing costs will be used to pay for medical expenses.
I have the best parents. Really, serious face. They always help when you ask, and sometimes they help when you don't ask. I made them let me advocate for them. I told them, "People want to help you, like you've helped us."
My mom is worried that she will cause financial hardship to people if they donate. But, I also know mom would let her friends buy her a cup of fancy coffee. Which is why this is the $5 prayer. $5 from 1,000 people gets us to our goal. Thanks for helping me show them how loved they are through your donations.
