Pat Hernandez

Hi, my name is Brittany and I know Pat as Mama H. About a year ago her health took a drastic turn for the worse. Her children have stopped and dropped their lives to be by her side and together. They have both endured a lot over this past year and they have been able to. But, now they need our help. Mama H is on hospice but that could be months and they need extra help to secure nurses throughout the day so Tina and Joe can still work their full time jobs while also being caregivers. If you know Mama H you know she would never ask for a thing so let’s not make her have to ask.
