Pat & Family

Hello-- my name is Jessica & I am the granddaughter of Pat Boltz. While on a road trip, Pat was unexpectedly hospitalized in Milwaukee, WI. The fantastic medical staff at the local Urgent Care & hospital have ensured she has been well taken care of for the last week. We are forever grateful for their competence and quality care throughout this entire journey. At this point, she remains on a ventilator and has a long road to recovery. During these challenging times, we hope that our friends, family, & community will generously give what you can to help get our family through. Pat's children, Jen & Brian, are both staying in hotels & traveling to and from home to be with her. Your financial contributions would go towards letting them be with her until she can be transported back home & towards her medical bills once she gets through this.
