Palo Alto Solar Vehicle is the first and only high school team from Northern California competing in a national competition for building and racing a roadworthy solar car. In just a few short months, we have accomplished our goal of creating a solar car, and now intend to compete in a cross-country race in Dallas, Texas. We need funds to make our hard work come to fruition in Texas, as we need to cover the costs of transportation and necessary supplies.
