Pastor Smolchuck went home to Heaven in the early morning hours of October 1, 2017, passing peacefully in his sleep after a short bout with pneumonia.
As a public servant for more than 50 years, his love for God and people impacted the lives of all who knew him.
With a heart for missions, since the 1970's he has been a supporter of the World Missionary Assistance Program and their Shepherd's Staff Outreach to equip foreign missionaries. To honor his passion, the family is requesting that in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made here to fund a final donation in his name.
