Need Post-Kidney Transplant Funding

Kind Ladies and Gentlemen,
Do you have a heart to help my dad get a kidney?
My name is Dwight François and I am appealing to you on behalf of my loving dad, J. Abraham François. He is a husband, father of two, grandfather of seven, and, minister of the gospel.
In July 2015, he was struck with some unusual chest pain/discomfort. That evening, what we all hoped would be a brief visit to the Emergency Room, quickly transformed into a series of EKG tests followed by a hospital transfer from one side of town to the next for specialized cardiac care. Somewhere in the chaos of our frantic thoughts, and his clear discomfort & pain, we heard the words that I know he dreaded would bring about his demise after years of knowing that he had lost his own father in similar fashion... “Mr. François, you’re experiencing a heart attack.”
Although it was not his or our desire for him to leave us, his family members, behind, we later learned that if it was his time, he was prepared to go to rest. One quadruple-bypass heart surgery later, God saw it fit to elongate his life. Unfortunately, his body did not respond/recover as well as was hoped from all of the medications that were poured into his system. Post-surgery he was diagnosed with kidney failure, a condition which caused him to lose his employment and become dependent on going through dialysis (three days of the week for the remainder of his life). On his days after dialysis, he is weak, drained, and unable to function as normal. Aside from having him pass away tragically, his only hope of escaping this low quality of life is if he receives this kidney transplant.
There is HOPE and this is why we need your help!
In order to keep this kidney viable, he needs to raise at least $35,000USD. Approximately $20,000 for the anti-rejection medications necessary, post-transplant, and another $15,000 for the expenses of the live donor whom is willing to offer this precious gift.
My dad and mom, together, are barely making ends meet on his current disability income and we cannot afford to do this on our own. We need your help! Our hope is that, with your assistance, he will be able to continue serving the Lord, his family and community.
